Under farmers' guidance, employees accustomed to desk work transformed into "blueberry harvesting experts." Bamboo baskets gradually piled high like small mountains, as the aroma of fruit mingled with laughter. These baskets carried not just labor's fruits, but also became symbols of teamwork.
