Phase III of MIC New Management Team Integration & Development Project- Leadership Training - 10 core essentials for high effective team managers was successfully held on March 24 and 25,2024. This training aims to help members of management team understand the role and responsibilities of managers, develop the skills of managing and managing people by lifting up subordinates, cooperating and empathising with people, identifying self-advantages and areas of opportunities, practicing the ten core tasks of effective managers, and exploring the growth path of effective managers in order to lead the team to create greater value through the decomposition of managers' work.
